DMARC

DMARC is an email validation system designed to protect email domains from unauthorized use, often known as email spoofing. The purpose and advantage of DMARC is to give email domain owners the ability to protect their domain from unauthorized use, commonly known as email spoofing. The technology helps to ensure that legitimate email is properly authenticated against established DKIM and SPF standards, and that fraudulent activity appearing to come from domains under the organization’s control is blocked.
